Our Fee Structure - 2025

It is important to us that dance is affordable and accessible to everyone, classes range from $12.00 for a 30 minute lesson and $15.00 for an hour lesson. We pride ourselves in offering competitive prices and ensuring that costuming and all related performance costs are reasonable and of great value.

Pricing Structure:

  • Tiny Diamonds - $8.00

  • 30 min class - $12.00

  • 45 min class - $13.00

  • 60 min class - $15.00

  • 45 min Aerial Level 1- $16.00

  • 60 min Aerial Level 2 & 3 - $18.00

  • Adult Classes - $20 per hour

Private Lessons:

  • $30 per 30 mins

  • $60 per hour

  • $45 per 45 mins

We also offer some great discounts and offers as described below:

  • Fees are calculated on a Term-by-Term basis.

  • Fees can be paid fortnightly, monthly or by the term in advance.

  • You will incur the regular class fee even in you are absent. (Even if given prior warning).

  • 5% discount applies if the Term is paid on or before the first class of the term.

  • 5 or more classes – you get one (1) 45 min class for FREE!

  • Public Liability Insurance of $25.00 & Production Fee of $15.00 (*one off annual fees) .

  • Active Kids & Creative Kids vouchers accepted. One (1) voucher can be redeemed against fees each Term.

  • All enrolments into Progressing Ballet & Contemporary Technique (PBT & PCT) receive a FREE PBT branded resistance band to kick start their training.

There are 3 methods of payment:

  1. Upfront by the term – with a 5% discount (via Stripe or direct transfer).

  2. Direct debit fortnightly payment (via Stripe).

  3. Direct debit monthly payment (via Stripe).

    **Please Note: Direct Deposit facility is for paying tuition only. Any other payments are to be made via a Studio Manager using Eftpos or cash payment.

    ***Please note: Failed direct debit payments will incur a $5.00 fee per failed transaction.

Our Fee Policy

  • Fees are payable on or before the first class of the term. If payments are not made in advance or prior to the commencement of class, your child may not be able to participate in class until all monies due are paid in full.

  • If parents have difficulty paying fees, please email sarah@epiphanydance.com.au to discuss financial arrangements prior to due payments.

  • No refund or credit is given for missed classes (extreme medical conditions considered). Makeup classes are offered at a similar standard or style if the same class is not available as long as there is space in the class.

Our Enrolment Policy

  • An enrolment form in Class Manager with photography and social media permission must be completed. Fees will then be charged accordingly.

  • Most terms are 10 weeks closely following school terms.

  • Students will be enrolled into suitable classes according to age and experience and this is determined by a qualified dance teacher. Enrolment is for an entire term.

  • Cancellation must be made in writing to sarah@epiphanydance.com.au. No refunds are given for term fees paid in advance. Two weeks’ notice is required.

  • The studio must be contacted via BAND on the chat functionality if a student will be absent from class for any reason.

  • Enrolment information must be updated with a Studio Manager or Studio Principal if it changes. This includes your email address and mobile phone numbers.

  • Timetable is subject to change and finalisation based on enrolments and numbers.

  • Private coaching is available upon request.
