  • The cancellation and rescheduling policy is dependent on the specific contractual agreement made between the client and Epiphany Dancers Company.

  • Kindly note that our performers will not be in costume upon arrival and will need a private space to change into their performance attire before the show begins. We appreciate your cooperation in facilitating this arrangement.

  • We are more than happy to suggest music for your event if you do not already have something in mind. Please keep in mind that we do not offer a sound system as part of our services.

  • In the event of severe weather, Epiphany Dancers Company reserves the right to reschedule your event. Should the guest of honour become unwell, we’ll be glad to help you choose a new date for your event, based on availability.

  • Yes, the event can take place outdoors, but it must be on a safe, non-dirt surface suitable for dancing.

  • At this time character meet-and-greet and dress-up experiences are not part of our services, but if you have a specific character you’d like featured in a performance, we’d be delighted to explore how we can make that happen.

  • Yes, our entertainers will gladly lead the “Happy Birthday” song and take photos. Please make sure to discuss this with us in advance and have the cake ready with candles.
