Amity Reyes

Amity has been a dedicated dancer at Epiphany Dance since she was 12 years old, with a deep passion for musical theatre, jazz, and hip-hop. Her commitment to these styles has led to a series of exciting opportunities and experiences throughout her dance career.

In 2019, Amity had the incredible chance to perform with the Parramatta Eels Pom Squad Team, bringing her energy and enthusiasm to the field. She also showcased her talent on the stage of the Sydney Royal Easter Show and performed at the Crochet Guild Australia Show in 2023, both as part of her dance team’s dynamic presentations.

Amity’s high school years were marked by her HSC achievements in 2021, where she excelled in Music and Drama subjects that complemented her university studies and dance performances. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science with a major in Recreational Therapy for young children. In 2023, she completed her 2nd year university placement at Campbelltown Hospital and is looking forward to beginning her 3rd year internship placement.

Through her diverse dance experiences and academic background, Amity has cultivated a well-rounded approach to performance and personal growth. Her “Epiphany Moment” – This is the exhilarating realization of pure joy and fulfillment she feels when she is fully immersed in a performance. It’s the moment when the stage becomes a space of self-expression and connection, where the hard work and passion for dance culminate in a truly memorable experience.
